But homeboy likes it “ domestic ”( He grew up in Singapore) Which is ironic because the durian in the stuffing came all the way from Thailand. I ’ve splurged and bought the premier Monthong Durian which were guaranteed of itssweetness.Also because i've a durian crazed hubby, who loves durian in everything.
Choux Paste form( makes 2)
50 ml water
32 gram adulation
38 grams all purpose flour
1 egg
pinch of swab
Preheat roaster to 180 degree celcius
Over the cookstove, toast the water and adulation together till it comes to a rolling pustule. Add all the flour and swab, and mix till it comes together in a dough. Set away to cool.
Add the egg, and beat into the dough. Mix till well combined.
Put dough into pipping bag, and pipe on greased baking paper
Singe for 30 mins or till the choux turn golden brown
Cool fully before filling.


Durian Filling
trouncing cream 30 grams
Durian Flesh 90 grams
scourge the cream till soft peaks, Add the durian meat, and blend cultivate well combined.
I was folding the durian stuffing into this flapjacks when i noticed the onset of a headache.
I allowed i was imagining it. But also the hired help made a passing comment( she literally walked passed me and made the comment) “ the smell of durian is making me dizzy ”.
Geez, i did nt indeed know HOW that could bepossible.Nevertheless, headache or not, i still scoffed down three of these.
Strangely enough, eating these did n’t give me a headache.
So go figure!

Durian Pancake
250 gram all purpose flour
3 eggs
500 ml coconut milk( lately squeezed)
pinch of swab
Whisk the eggs and coconut milk together. Add in the swab.

Durian meat(- 220 grams)

And when i'm done with my orange roses, i added indeed more red coloring to make my RED buttercream.
To the alternate batch of unheroic adulation, I added drops of blue to make durian cake delivery. Leftover green buttercream were added with further blue coloring to make BLUE buttercream. And when i'm done, I took leftover RED buttercream, blend with BLUE buttercream and my final color, which is grandiloquent buttercream.
Which enough much means that rather of ending up with all 6 colors of buttercream, I was left with only leftover grandiloquent buttercream.
